Kairuki Green IVF is registered by Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elders and Children Under Public Health Accreditation Body as super specialized clinic that offers assisted reproductive technology service with registration No. 120857.

Since its inception, KGIVF has been committed to providing world-class assisted reproductive technology services to couples struggling with infertility. Kairuki Green IVF (often abbreviated KGIVF) is a state-of-the-art fertility clinic located in Bunju A Mianzini, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, established to provide advanced assisted reproductive technology (ART) services right in the country for couples struggling with infertility. The centre is part of the broader Kairuki Health and Education Network (KHEN) and operates under the management of Kairuki Hospital, one of Tanzania’s oldest and most reputable private healthcare institutions.


The IVF facility was officially inaugurated in early 2023 by His Excellency Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, President of Zanzibar a high-profile event that underscored the clinic’s importance to the nation’s healthcare landscape. At the launch, government and health officials highlighted the clinic’s potential to not only improve infertility care domestically, but also to contribute to Tanzania’s ambition to become a regional hub for medical tourism.

Since opening, Kairuki Green IVF has made significant strides. In its first two years of operation, the centre reported having helped dozens of couples achieve successful pregnancies and childbirth, with reports indicating more than 100+ in its first two years after inauguration. This achievement not only brought joy to families but also affirmed the centre's role in filling a critical healthcare gap in Tanzania. Since opening, Kairuki Green IVF has made significant strides. In its first years of operation, the centre reported having helped dozens of couples achieve successful pregnancies and childbirth, with reports indicating more than 100+ in two first years after inauguration This achievement not only brought joy to families but also affirmed the centre’s role in filling a critical healthcare gap in Tanzania. The centre has also become a training hub for fertility specialists, conducting workshops and knowledge-sharing events for doctors and lab professionals from across Tanzania and neighbouring countries. Additionally, Kairuki Green IVF participates in national health dialogues, including engagements with the Ministry of Health’s medical tourism initiatives, reflecting its growing influence in both clinical and health policy spheres.
